Compliance Summary Remarks:
Found 2 7/8 tubing in well head. Tubing is 8' above ground and leaking oil. Needs to be capped. Some fresh oil in 15' ditch to catch pit. Catch pit approx 60' x 8' and contains small amount of fresh oil. The Heater Treater is laying on ground and has been cut open. The 210 oil tank is located approx 100 yds from well head. No dike wall at tank and small amount of fresh oil at tank drain.
