Compliance Summary Remarks:
Production well, I tried accessing this well last year, and could not get to the well and I had to back out at least 250 to 300 yards, the current lease road looked as bad as last year, and since the well is approximately 751 yards from Broadway Street, the AOGC inspector decided not to risk his health or damaging the State vehicle to access the well location at this time.Access noted.MP
