Production well, no sign at the well, excessive vegetation throughout the location, the secondary containment has eroded in the southeast corner, therefore the containment is no longer 1.5 times larger than the fluids tank, stagnate storm water and vegetation in the secondary containment, the chart recorder is located approximately 421’ from the Broadway Street. No enforcement at this time.MP
