Compliance Summary Remarks:
APM producing. Line leading to injection well is leaking. Appears to be leaking a few BBLS an hour. Spill appears to be about 4' wide and about 150' long. Appears fluid has pooled on a bench below pad. Pump jack on well leaking fluid and pooled around wellhead. Appear to have produced fluid in containment.Contacted pumper Jim Brown and he shut well in to stop leak. Tried to contact Charles Mosley,Roy Estep,and Randall Williams with Forestry. I contacted Ludwig office of Forestry and left message with reception and James Bigwell.
