Compliance Summary Remarks:
FIR is for a spill reported by XTO. Recent heavy floods flipped both fiberglass tanks on location. Produced water tank and containment have been repaired, plumbing to 15 bbl used oil tank is broken, separator at compressor also appears to have broken plumbing. Pump jack at wellhead, compressor not running, clean location. No enforcement at this time.MP
