Compliance Summary Remarks:
Changed out the 4 3/4" drill bit to 5 1/8" bit at 0730. Washed down and circulated for a little while and started back in the hole at 0915. Getting a lot of wood out. Reached 107ft and plugged up. Could not circulate. Pulled the bit out and it was plugged with a lot of small rock. Got it cleaned out and started back to drilling at 1300hrs. Started getting more wood a little cement and what looked like burlap. Reached 130ft at 1430hrs. Installed next section of tubing and started back drilling at 1450hrs. Got down to 162ft at 1600hrs and was still getting a small amount of wood. Circulated until water was clean and pulled 1 section of tubing out then installed a valve on the next section and closed it for the night. Had a little flow coming back up the 7" casing that was installed in the well boar. The flow is contained.
