Compliance Summary Remarks:
This well has been plugged. Last plug set on 6-11-2022. At 0800hrs the frac tank track hoe fork truck matts and a small mixing tank is still on site. Welder is here to cut off around 5 feet of casing and weld a cap on top then it will be buried. At 1530hrs the well has been cut and capped and buried. A bulldozer is on site now. Contractor is on the track hoe working at the site getting the site cleaned up. The pit is empty and drying before filling in.
