Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well was operating at the time of inspection. Stuffing box was leaking and has covered an area approximately 30 foot by 30 foot from the wellhead down a small slop. Electrical line is ran on top of the ground and in some areas it is ran through a short piece of poly (Mainly across the road and from the electrical box to side of the location). Identification does not have the lease name or the well number.
