Compliance Summary Remarks:
FIR is for tornado damage to location on 05/03/18 . Compressor shed was destroyed, several plumbing and injection lines were pulled apart, fresh oil barrel was knocked off it's platform and rolled across location. Well was shut in at time of damage, and is still shut in at time of this inspection, compressor is not running, all damaged equipment has been removed, well should be back online on 05/07 or 05/08.
