Compliance Summary Remarks:
Fluid level test was scheduled for 05/31/16, but well could not be tested. Location is a bunker well on secure Chaffee property, and no arrangements were made between Foundation Energy, and Chaffee Range Control. Range Control is allowing the test to be conducted, if scheduled before noon, on most weekdays. Foundation Supervisor, Fred Sullivan was advised to contact Range Control, to make arrangements for re-scheduling this test. Test was conducted 6/1/16. No enforcement at this time.MP
