Compliance Summary Remarks:
No remediation has started. Well is present with rods and tubing only. Pumping unit has been removed. No power was found entering well site. All valves remain off on the wellhead. Oil is still present around the casing and approximately 84 feet down a hill where it stops at an old reserve pit berm. Area affected is approximately 84 feet by 15 feet. Lease road is still not accessible due to three big trees across the road. Lease road is secured with a cable and trees across the road.
