Compliance Summary Remarks:
Witness FLT for temporary abandoned production well the casing has 6 PSI at the well head with the fluid level at 2275' the tubing had 141 PSI at the well head with the fluid level at 4121' the fluids tank is disconnected from the well system approximately 10" of storm water in the secondary containment the fluids tank is floating on top of the storm water in the secondary containment no flow meter on location.
