Witness FLT for temporary abandoned production well the tubing had 141 PSI at the well head and the fluid level was 2740’ approximately 8” - 10” of storm water in the secondary containment the compressor was not running during the inspection shared site with Hardscrabble Country Club #4 digital pipeline meter on site other that that a clean location.
