Compliance Summary Remarks:
No activity with well since FLT of 02/14/20, compressor has been added since last inspection, containment ring does not have a liner, moderate vegetation around equipment and inside containment, a large hole is collapsing at entry gate. NOTE: Ironhorse reps have called several times, inquiring about a witness test to put well back into production. As of date of this inspection, no witness test has been scheduled. RBDMS last production 11/1/2019.MP No enforcement at this time.MP
