Compliance Summary Remarks:
Chart meter has not been changed since 11/2020, compressor is not running, plumbing hose has been cut from plastic totes and has been placed into 100 bbl tank, dirt containment is in very poor shape and eroded to less than tank capacity, open plumbing lines and rotted plumbing laying over location, entry sign is blank for well and legal info, no sign at wellhead.
