Compliance Summary Remarks:
This is a follow up inspection on this leaking well bore into a pit that was dug to catch the fluids coming from this well. The pit has been recently sucked out and it has approximately 2bbls of fluids it it. No issues at the time of this inspection. There is a water line within 15 feet from the well bore. It has been located and marked with blue paint.
