Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well has a pumping unit and it is bridled up to the polishing rod. The motor has been removed. No flow lines attached. The pumping tee is open on one side making the well unsecure. Needs a valve or plug. Well ID is present but is faded to an unreadable state. There is excess vegetation and 2 areas of excess tubing laying on the ground. Talked with the operator and he is addressing these issues. He is headed to get a plug for the pumping tee. GPS is 33.17564 -92.31622
