Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well was scheduled for a FLT, but upon our arrival, a rig was in place and well was being swabbed. Both Oxley Supervisors Dennis Dix and Grant Nally were on location, but neither called to cancel test. They were advised that a test could not be conducted, and by rule, another could not be scheduled for 30 days after swabbing.
