Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well consists of casing with tubing and the tubing has a closed valve attached to it. The flow line is disconnected and laying on the ground. Old electrical box is on site and the switch is in the off position. There is a trailer with a small metal tank on it. Approximately 50bbl and it has pallets and old metal drum and some 5 gallon buckets on it. There is old hard oil on site. There is no well ID on site. Well site is out of compliance.
