Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well has a pumping unit with a motor and belts but it is not bridled up. The well has no flow line and the tubing is capped with a metal cap. The units horse head is off of it. There is excess rods and tubing. The well ID has no operator name on it. All other information is correct.
