Compliance Summary Remarks:
Follow up as per Mike Passmore. Producing, compressor is running, containment ring does not have a liner, produced water tank has a steady leak, heavy oil and fluids are inside containment, oil and fluids are coming up through ground on outside of containment ring. NOTE: Lease road has been rebuilt since last inspection, and is in very good shape. No additional enforcement at this time. CV-19.MP
