Compliance Summary Remarks:
Reinspect as per Mike Passmore. No meter on location, vegetation has been cleaned over location and inside containment, rotted plumbing to produced water tank has been replaced, old chemical tanks and barrels have been removed, wellhead still has a very small leak around tubing, produced water tank is full, clean location. No enforcement.MP
