Compliance Summary Remarks:
Production well, approximately 2” of storm water in the secondary containment, containment fluids are leaking from the secondary containment through the drain plug, I called Tony H with SPC, he told me that it was not his area, but he would personally fix the leak, otherwise a clean site. Operator contacted. No enforcement at this time.MP
