Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well is present with tubing and casing. Tubing is approximately 7 foot out of the wellhead. Wellhead does not have bullplugs or a cap. Oil is running through the wellhead and out of the tubing. Approximately 2 gallons of oil is present in the pit next to the well. Area affected in the pit is approximately 15 foot by 3 foot. A single 210 steel welded tank with catwalk is present beside the lease road.
