Compliance Summary Remarks:
Met with Mike Rhinehart to conduct T/A fluid test Test was on casing the fluid depth was 1423 ft @ 0.6 PSI Lease road is in very poor shape had to move a couple smaller trees out of road so we could get through Has a few washouts with not hardly any gravel remaining on road in spots Well pad is completely overgrown in vegetation Note( There is only 6 bolts holding head on well.) Meter run with chart reader is back down lease road off of location site.
