Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing, excessive vegetation throughout containment, 1" line from produced water tank is broken. NOTE: A recent underground line break was repaired, and dirt containment was not repaired. It is actually down to ground level on the N/W corner, and area dug up for repair was left in poor shape. Landowner contacted me during inspection, and areas of his yard were also left damaged from equipment during repair. Operator Contacted. Will repair when dry.MP
