Compliance Summary Remarks:
Signage has incorrect Operator and section. Drain line from containment does not have a cap has a valve but no cap. A salt and storm water release has occurred recently. Containment has excess vegetation nad is not in compliance for capacity containment. A newly replaced steel welded 210 bbls tank on site.
