Fluid level test conducted on 04/20/17 = Tubing - 3600' @ 599 PSI, recent storms have blown meter hut onto ground, choke valve on well head is stuck and handles are broken off, gas can flow if choke valve is not replaced. No enforcement at this time. Operator contacted.MP
