Compliance Summary Remarks:
I could not locate an area to where it had ever leaked from the tank to field. Farmer (Tony Rogers) was there and I asked him where the spot was he called about leaking from production tank into the field. He showed me a picture on his phone from many months ago to show what he was claiming but I'm not sold on it coming from the tank. As of now there is about 5 foot of produced water in the 210 bbls tank and its some pretty oily produced water. It would stain pretty bad if leaked. Also there are no crops planted for the year yet. He stated he is getting ready to plant. What he is really stirred up about is the lease road that is in horrible condition in various areas. Lease road is almost impassible. He states that the worst area is where a produced water truck fell through the road and had to be towed out. He also said if they don't fix it soon he will lock merit energy out of the wells in the bottoms. (RJS - 4-29-2024 Merit has notified me that the scope of lease road improvement and general timeline is agreeable to all parties involved)
