Compliance Summary Remarks:
During my Inspection of the Sext "A" 3 Operated by LBOC, LLc I noted incorrect identification and excess vegetation. I also noted that their was no motor for the pumping units, the hose head was missing, no rods or tubing and a bucket was placed over an open well bore.
