Compliance Summary Remarks:
Fluid level test conducted on 04/11 = Tubing - 3026' @ 107 PSI, Casing was tested several times, but shots were not consistent, possible fluid level at 442', shots were being sent to engineers at OKC for further review. Gravel containment is just larger than tank capacity, clean location. Referred to KL for possible B-7 enforcement.MP
