Compliance Summary Remarks:
Since last inspection in June 2022 the excess vegetation and trees have been removed from around this well. The well has a pumping unit in place over the casing. No rods or tubing present. This well does have a burp ever so often. The oil is around the well head and runs down around 10 foot. Talked to the operator and he is going to look at it. GPS is 33.41550 -93.06998
