Compliance Summary Remarks:
Follow Up as per Steve Gates. Producing, compressor is running, signs have not been changed to show Riverfront as new operator, excessive vegetation inside containment and over location, heavy oil on ground around compressor in in 500 gal tank containment, trench for draining oil from compressor has been filled since last inspection, ground is still covered with heavy oil. Well was transferred from Foundation to Riverfront 02/23/22. Allow new operator time to change signs and remediate site. No enforcement at this time. sjg 03/17/22
