Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well is present with rods and tubing only. Pumping unit has been removed. No power was found entering well site. All valves on the wellhead are in the off position. Oil has been discharged from the casing and traveled approximately 84 feet down hill where it has been stopped by an old reserve pit berm. Area affected is approximately 84 feet by 15 feet. No remediation is present at the time of inspection. Three big trees have fell across the lease road which makes access impossible. Well and Well Site are not being maintained. Cable across the access road and downed trees block entry.
