Compliance Summary Remarks:
This is a plugged orphan well next to #28220. The wellbore is full of cement but about 2' of 4.5" pipe remains sticking above the ground and it is not capped with a steel plate. There is a separator and some equipment next to the well. The equipment was shared with #28220 which is just a few feet away and remains unplugged.
