Compliance Summary Remarks:
The containment has produced fluids which the containment walls are allowing fluids to leech through to the outside of containment. A release has occurred by the drain line of th eproduced fluids and drain line does not have a valve with the the cap. the release of fluids have flowed 100-200 on site to twom small low/pits 1-pit area 5-10 and the oher 15x45 several areas have standing fluids which have pooled due to the leeching from containment. Also, one area of leeching has allowed the flow to traveled 100-150 on site to the country road ditch
