Compliance Summary Remarks:
Containment has produced fluids which the containment walls are allowing fluids to leech through to the outside of containment. A release has occurred by the drain line of the produced fluids and drain line does not have a vlve with the cap. the release of fluids have flowed 100'-200' on site to two small low/pits 1- pit area is 5' x 10' and the other is 15'x45'. several areas have standing fluids which have pooled due to the leeching from containment. Also one area is leeching has allowed the flow to travel 100'-150' on site to the county road ditch
