Compliance Summary Remarks:
FLT #321 3096' tubing and casing. Gas bubbles are coming to surface about 10' radius around wellhead. Most of location has water on it due to recent storm. Follow-up inspection by JW 4/5/17 showed no leaks. No enforcement at this time.MP
