Fluid level test conducted on 03/26 = Tubing - 3050' @ 0 PSI, Casing - 113' @ 0 PSI, compressor has been removed, containment ring does not have a liner, dehy is leaking oil onto ground, excessive vegetation over location, location is being used for storage of old well equipment. No enforcement at this time.MP
