Compliance Summary Remarks:
Fluid level test conducted on 03/23 = Tubing - 7908' @ 716 PSI, Casing - 1545' @ 0 PSI, casing has made a large change since last test and appears to be filling with water. NOTE: Landowner is still using location for storage of large amounts of scrap and misc equipment, making it difficult to access location. Landowner did come onto location during test, to request that well be removed ASAP, and stated they had been waiting 4 years for location to be removed.
