Compliance Summary Remarks:
Fluid level test conducted on 03/23 - Tubing - 1007' @ 330 PSI, Casing - 4438' @ 36 PSI, wellhead has a heavy leak around casing, at ground level. Flange appears to be rotted and flaking away, gas and fluids are bubbling in several areas around casing. NOTE: Leak in wellhead, appears to have been causing issues with a correct casing test. Test was shot 3 times, with different pressures, and fluid levels each time. No enforcement at this time.MP
