Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well is present with casing, tubing and rods. Flow line is connected with no leaks. There is no concrete slab or pumping unit on site. Casing and tubing are secured with valves. Polish rod, with clamp bolt attached, has been broke off at the top of tubing. Well is inactive.
