Compliance Summary Remarks:
Producing, pump jack at wellhead is disconnected, plunger in wellhead, containment ring does not have a liner, produced water tank and plumbing lines are showing heavy rust and metal flaking. An underground line from wellhead to separator has broken open, gas is blowing through dirt and has made approx a 2 inch hole in dirt. XTO Supervisor Walt Nolen was notified and was sending a crew to repair the leak. Operator contacted. No enforcement at this time.MP
