Compliance Summary Remarks:
Upon this inspection I noticed some oil stain on pine straw that is in a drainage ditch, not a creek. Not very much oil stain is present. The last stain is about 95 feet from the well head. The well head has old hard oil on the well pad. The ID sign needs the operator on it. It has all other information.
