Compliance Summary Remarks:
Site hose glass is broken on one production tank. Old tarp on edge of location needs to be removed. Corrosion on well head, needs cleaned and painted. Bo Smith met with Kevin Oakes on site February 21st. Staff will conduct an additional follow-up inspection to allow time for remediation. sjg
