If yes to any, explain:	During my inspection I noted produced fluids have leaked from a ruptured plastic fluids tank into the containment and migrated through the the eroded containment wall and into a small pin just north of the well. The spilled fluids covered and aria of about 15 by 50. I also noted that no identification is posted at the well or tank battery site and excess vegetation is present.Last I noted that the spill is about 2 bbls of produced fluids.
