Compliance Summary Remarks:
Found well with open well head. Pumping unit concrete pad is still in place. Aprox 10' x 10' area of oil surrounding well head. Tank battery area contains two old tanks and lots of old pipe and scrap metal. There is a small open workover tank in this area also.
