Compliance Summary Remarks:
Well has a pumping unit and it is bridled up to the polishing rod. All equipment is complete and capable of producing. The flow line valve is closed. The electrical box is open and the pole is leaning. The road to this well has a huge oak tree down over it and the power line is down and broke into. There is excess vegetation and small trees around the well. There is no well ID. Had to walk 600 feet to get to this well. GPS is 33.41634 -92.82913
