Compliance Summary Remarks:
Found well to be open casing only with the concrete pad in place. There is a small pit right in front of the well. Would possibly need filled in before plugging. It is around 5'x8' pit. Road to this site is in good shape. Might have to cut a couple of small pines to reach well. GPS is 33.44014 -93.07022
