Compliance Summary Remarks:
Wellhead leaking somewhere below water level in cellar. Wellhead also leaking at cap. Leak can be seen with bubbles and is audible from across location. Vegetation appears to have been somewhat cut but is still excessive. Sign at lease entry has fallen apart and only frame remains. No enforcement at this time.MP
